30g onion
600g courgettes, peeled

Nutmeg

Preparation:
Pour the oil into the *: 3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1
Add the onion and the courgettes 7 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1˝
Incorporate the milk and the condiments 15 minutes / 100° / Speed 1
Then blitz 15 seconds / Speed 5
Add the cheese and blitz again 15 seconds / Speed 5
Check that it is homogenous, and if not, program for a few more seconds at the same speed.
Origin: This is a translation of a recipe in Thermomix TM31 – Imprescindible para tu cocina which is the book supplied with Spanish TMXs.

Uni, it does seem nice and hopefully I will be able to try it one day, but I will have to add some garlic to it lol

i made about 1/2 kilo of deep fryed garlic a few days ago and its nearly all gone :-))

OMG you guys like your garlic :)
Guess you have lots of vampires around your area ;D
Deep fried sounds interesting.

Oh Uni, I just use loads of garlic! It is sacred and one cannot have too much of the stuff. Dede, just use loads of it - it is so healthy and tasty. When I was weaning DD (3-4 months), she spat out baby food, and the only thing she liked was mashed banana with garlic sausage.
I did see a quote once re garlic 'Tis chic to reek' and I agree lol!

Hi JB...this looks really good. Have you tired it yet? I might try tonight. We're always trying to lose weight :-)). Love your sauce fascination. I'm right into them too....which is why we need to lose weight!

I've heard that garlic keeps elephants away too Uni :-))

Not tried this yet, but hope to make all the untested recipes at some stage/ The reason I have added so many sauces is that one book I have is devoted to them and nothing else and I still have to finish the other two books which contain all sorts. Sauces and soups just happened to come at the beginning of them and I still have to work my way through the rest of the books. Still, I love a good sauce too ...
