Would love to try and make a risotto, I have the rice and pumpkin, does anyone have a delish recipe?

Hi there,

I've actually made the "mushroom risotto" from the EDC but replaced the mushrooms with pumpkin and cooked as per usual - was delicious! :)

I just make the basic risotto and change ingredients
