Title: Cassoulet recipe anyone??

I went out for lunch today and had a bean cassoulet with a beautiful flavoured sausage and smokey bacon through it ... yum!!  I have never had cassoulet before but would love to try and make one in the thermie.  Anyone have a recipe or able to steer me in the right direction???  Thanks

I have the French TMX book, so can dig it out and have a look for you, but I reckon Frozzie might beat me to it.  I've been to Carcossane and eaten it there, so want to help if I can! BBS.

Go to notrefamille.com and put cassoulet au Thermomix into the search engine at that site.  Then select a recipe you like theook of and run it through google translate.  Voila!  Cassoulet.

OK - I've done the research part for you.  You just choose and do the googletranslate part.
