how do I pulverise in the pasta dish from the EDC?

Pulverise is to make into a powder form or crush something up really finely.
You pulverise by hitting the turbo button for a second at a time until you get the required consistency or gradually take it up to speed 10 until you get the desired consistency.

I've always taken it to mean "whizz the hell out of it" ;D

Pulverizing is also known as 'therapy' when you've had a crap day at work and you want to take it out (speed 10) on some unsuspecting rice grains when I feel like making rice flour!

what are you trying to make from the EDC grapesy? Can help you more if you let us know.
Maybe it is the pasta e fagioli ... I think tells you to pulverise on speed 6 for 20 seconds (going from memory here) once you add the veg, stock and 1st can of beans. Literally meaning blending them all together if that is the one you are working on ;)
