Chit Chat / Re: What are you been cooking today« on: September 12, 2009, 10:26:58 am »
I am so tired, today I cooked;
ketchup, jam drop biscuits(making alot of jam lately so had to use some no more jars left), soy milk, cape seed bread, herb dip(over did the garlic but dd2 still ate it as will I) custard, Portugese tarts (with pastry from freezer) & I cleaned out the freezer which hadn't been done for I dont know how long. Took DD to Savers, Coles and for a coffee/babycino & have just got back from a run. I am not a runner but have gained 4 kgs since getting the TM and ate 2 portugese tarts. Not having dinner eaten too much. DH has taken DD to in laws for dinner, so I have peace and dont have to cook, I wanted to do mayonaise and beetroot salad but I think that will be tomorrow. Oh and yoghurt but I dont use TM for that. Finding the forum a great help. So much more that I want to do though!!! Like liquid soap, if I have a second wind after a shower I may do that. 8

Hi all,
I dont seem to have a soy milk recipe in my book, does anyone have one they can share or direct me to, tips too please. I am not much of a soy drinker but want to introduce it to my daughter and cook with it. Plus I am training to be a demonstrator so important to try as much as I can. TIA. Alycia 11

Introduce Yourself / Hello 'Consultant to be' here.« on: September 04, 2009, 08:07:22 am »
Hi all,
I have had my thermie for 2 months and have been using it like crazy, with a few flops but over all I love it. So much so that I will be training to be a Consultant from next week. I am in Footscray, Melb and I have a DH and DD 2 1/2. I work part time in and office job so am hoping that thermomixing will help me change that. Any tips and tricks from Consultants I would be happy to hear. Looking forward to finding my way around the forum and learning from everyone who are so generous sharing your love of the thermie and recipes too. Cheers Alycia
