Introduce Yourself / Hi from Yorke Peninsula

We have had our Thermomix for a week now. We both share the cooking, and are looking forward to cooking up a storm. The condition we bought it was it had to be used every day, but that is posing a bit of a problem. There are only two of us, and the recipes make up at least four serves, so the fridge fills up with leftovers. We made three courses for dinner tonight, potato and leek soup, apricot chicken risotto, and strawberry ice cream with yoghurt we made and froze a few days ago. A batch of butter biscuits and the leftovers will last us for the weekend. We will have to go out for dinner Saturday, as one thing it won't do is a schnitzel and chips.
