It will be fine, i have a scratch a dent/ little gouge thing (cant remember now what did that) and thanks to my stupidity yesterday and not checking through the fruit scraps MIL had put aside i now have a slightly bent blade thanks to a mango seed and Thermy is still going strong, though at this rate he wont last his estimated life i really have to look after him better.

lol taking this convo out of the bedroom ladies.................. I too am a bit concerned about the plastic thing , i currently use the tupperware freezer containers and must admit i am still a bit funny about them but atleast they are made for freezer use. A Vacume sealer would be soooooo helpful if only it wasnt plastic!!

Well i think i would prefer to have tried KerrynN's creamy chicken and avo fettuchini, but i have had to stick to my menu plan and not go out and buy things which means we are having pasta e fagioli all well i hope the tweeks make it more enjoyable as i wasnt overly fussed when i had it at my demo but if worst comes to worst i also made Isi's fast and fluffy rolls with garlic and herb philly so they will be awesome (as they always are )

Thanks Cookie, next time i freeze it i will try the half cooked base. It seems letting it sit in TM bowl while i went to get kids from school was a good idea, i made little pizzas and the bases were beautiful, so in future i will do 30sec refresh knead and then let sit in bowl for approx 30min, it didnt seem to rise per say but it wasnt cold and the result was the same as if it was fresh

hmmm what good timing your post has, unfortunately i havent any ideas but i too will be reading as i need to get onto this, with the nuts issue you could still make with nuts but make sure gift is packaged, your hands have been washed well and inform the techer that its contains nuts, they generally wouldnt eat it right there anyway. Just a thought. I will put my thinking cap on though!!

Sorry if this is covered somewhere but i dont have time to look right now everything happening at once "sigh" i made the dough 2 days ago now and tried the refresh 30sec knead yesterday and was overly fussed with the outcome, after the refresh knead should i let it rise again for say 30 min ?? Dont want to waste it and my freeze attempt was terrible, i left it in a ball double wrapped with cling wrap and it was heavy and had hard spots on it Any help greatly appreciated

Hi Verity, I can sympathise with picky eaters who dont like sauces for me its DH he only likes very simple food which drives me crazy but i have over time started to get him to expand his horizons!! I hope you to have this joy and the kids start making life a bit easier for you atleast your TM will make all the prep and cooking easier for you, enjoy!!
