I have had the TM21 for about 6 or 7 years and it definitely hasn't been worked of it's feet. A few months ago I started having problems with the speed switch which didn't want to switch off properly and then the blades seemed to take on a life of their own and work when and where they wanted. Now the temperature switch is inaccurate. Thought it was time to take it in to be serviced. The quote I received from head office in Perth was $413 as the main control board has a fault.
I was told this is extremely rare which doesn't really help me. I have decided to call it quits as I can't justify the cost. Just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem.
As the machine is supposed to be such high quality workmanship I would have expected it to have lasted longer than 7 years ...
