New to ThermoWorld.
Liked it so much became a consultant!
Been cooking up a storm for the two and a half weeks that I've had it.
Always loved to cook ever since I was a kid and was the one in the demo with his hand up to yes had all the appliances and yes still use them all - even though hate taking them out of the cupboard to use, wash and put back. They now sit in boxes in the shed and there are some rather bare looking shelves where they used to live. Thermo lives on the island bench.
Was also the one that had made everything before, Hollandaise - puh - too easy - just the double boiler washing up was a tiresome.
Was already cooking everything from scratch but now it is easier and the cleaning up is a breeze. Loving the dry roasting then milling of all my spices when doing Indan curries. Saves having to dry roast in frypan, then pound in mortar/pestle.
Not going to give up my espresso machine though.
The bread machine however, although still in the cupboard, is about to move out to the shed with the rest of the recently made redundant appliances. Varoma bread finished on pizza stone as per Tenina's tip pictured below ...
Looking forward to sharing with you all. See you in the forums.
