Hi everyone ! I am a Thermomix consultant in Cape Town, South Africa, and just love my Thermie !!  He has taken my creativity in cooking and baking (which I specialize) to another level.
Love this forum, so many wonderful people and great tips and ideas.
I am a Baker, who specializes in baking and also the Raw Nut Cheesecakes.  My Baking/Cooking is No Sugar, No Butter, No Eggs, No Milk, No Dairy, Preservative and Chemical Free
So I guess I am a lot of peoples "Angel"
I have designed my own recipes to keep in with my beliefs that we do not need the above and have gone completely "Plant Based" in all my Cooking and Baking.  Love the Raw Nut Foods, Make my own Milks, cheeses etc., and always onto a new quest of discovery.
