This was yummy!  I don't normally like minted peas, but the mint is what really made this soup. Soooo simple and quick to make. I cooked up my (1/2 batch of) soup while my hubby reheated leftovers in the microwave for lunch today. Took about the same time! I think if I was going to make this for the family I'd have to make a couple of batches. Or maybe just make some yummy rolls to go with it.

I also cooked mine for the extra 1m to make it hotter, but with that 'raw' taste still.

I thought this was quite nice.  I just used regular soy sauce, but halved the amount.  I didn't find it was too much for the bowl either, maybe my corn was smaller?

Introduce Yourself / Hello!

Hi!
I'm a mumma to 3 little kids, soon to be 4, and living in Launceston Tasmania.  My kids are aged 4.5, 3 & 1.5, and am due this month with #4!

I've owned my TMX for nearly a year now, and have come on here every now and then to check things out, but thought it was time I introduced myself.

I've made it twice now.  The first time I had no cauli, so I used broccoli instead, and it tasted quite nice with a bit of salt.

Tonight I used cauli, and it was soooo bland.  My hubby wouldn't eat it!  My 1, 2 & 4 year olds all enjoyed it though (but they also enjoyed it with the broc).

Do you think you could add tuna or corn or anything else to it?
