Hmmm... Correction sheet? Never heard of it and have only had my thermomix for a few weeks. Will look into it.
Thanks so much for that! 😄

Hello,
I am making the beef stroganoff from the EDC tonight. Two questions: where do you buy your sherry vinegar from (can't find it at Coles / woolies) and what could I use as a substitute. TIA

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Coconut oil

Hello,
Newbie question... Just seen a thread on FB about coconut oil and how expensive it is... what is it used for?

Introduce Yourself / Re: Thermo L plates on 😄

I find potato is best cooked in the steaming basket then mashed in the bowl with the butterfly at speed 3 for about 10 sec to start with girls. I add butter and S & P then a small amount of milk after the 10 seconds and mix again for a few more seconds. I find some types of potatoes  need no milk but none of them need a whole lot. Glue potatoes are usually beaten too long. Everyone has their favourite method though so it's up to you to work out what suits you best.

Thanks Judy!

Thanks Kookla... Haha... Yes I have already made 'glue'... What's your secret? ... My guess was over stirring?

I should also mention that I have 8 week old baby, and a (now becoming fussy) 2 and 1/2 year old. So any great links for baby / toddler food would be appreciated. TIA

Hi all,
My name is Kelly and I have had my Thermie for 2 weeks, and so far so good.
I have started my adventure by doing lots of recipes from the EDC, 99% have worked out perfectly.
I'm definitely a 'quick, easy and healthy' cook and looking forward to joining in and trying new recipes and meeting new peeps!
