If we are not using the stock powder in other recipes of tenina's book, can anyone share what usage ratios they have tried?

Hi everyone   :)

I am a proud owner of the thermomix for 3 years now. Haven't been using it as much as I would like but after reading posts on this forum and realising how much use people are getting out of it, i figured i should make more of an effort :)

Since the start of the year, i was having major headaches and realised that i am suffering from migraines. Doctor said the main trigger was most probably the high amount of msg intake while i was in asia for holiday. Therefore, I have been trying to cook more and eat out less in order to avoid those nasties and unknown preservatives or food additives in my food. I am excited to be part of this forum and share experiences.

Does anyone know whether it is okay to either eliminate, use half or 30% of salt of the recipe?

Will it make the powder not last as long as it normally would? or is it okay, as long as i put it in the freezer instead of the fridge?
