I'm a newbie, so I followed the recipe exactly, except for using dutch cocoa. Put in 8" square tin & baked 30 mins @ 180 conventional (no fan). Worked perfectly. May not be the tallest cake in the world, but was light & delicious, chocolatey and ridiculously quick to make. Didn't have time to bother with frosting, so a sprinkle of icing sugar, some soft whipped cream and chocolate curls. Everyone loved it.
