I have had my thermomix for less than a year and am onto my second mc that has suffered the same cracked discoloured fate. my consultant replaced it promply under warranty the first time but now the same thing has happened with my second one. I contacted thermomix directly yesterday and they advised that both were likely from a faulty batch and would be replaced when they arrived, i also note that the mc is not currently available on the online store.

I live in a Nowra NSW. I've had my thermie for about 6 months and have been using the forum lots to make some great recipes but am only now registering.

I particularly love the all in one meals and using the thermomix to make clean, healthy  and unprocessed foods. I use it every day and can't imagine life without it!
