Hello

My wife bought a thermomix a few weeks ago and I have been giving her a pretty good bagging about how it cant cook steak or sausages.... but

While she was out today I cooked this recipe for dinner and the kids said "this is yum you are nearly as good as mum".

haha I own the thermomix.

One thing I did different was just chuck all the veggies in the pot and whiz them on full speed for a second or two.... beats choppin'.
