Thank you for the warm welcome goldfish and Cornish Cream (can I tag you somehow?).

I was going off Facebook fast until I opened the group Cornish Cream, now I found a lovely little place to be there.

goldfish, thanks so much for visitingd passing the link on!

I am currently trying to find my way around the forum, it may take me a little while.

Hi all,

After hearing so much about Forum Thermomix for a while, I finally decided to join at Joanne T Ferguson's recommendation. I am from Spain and there has been a Thermie at my mother's place since the very early eighties (that one still works). I myself live in the UK and year and a bit ago I took the plunge and bought my own TM31. I really really wish I had bought it years ago.

When I have time I blog my recipes at http://www.feistytapas.com and I run the newly formed Thermomix Owners UK Facebook group  at https://www.facebook.com/groups/166325993561929, the group has turned out to be one of the best ideas I have ever had, it is full of lovely UK owners and demonstrators sharing and giving advice.

Oh and I am a bit of a Thermie recipe junkie, but you will soon realise that, I only wish I had more time in my hands to try more of everyone's recipes but I do work as a freelance translator so that tends to get in the way a bit ;)

I keep on saying I need a holiday with my Thermie and have got it in my mind that one day we should have residential Thermie courses in the UK

Now off to meet you all

Maria
