I've been using recipes from the EDC and from various websites including this one, it's funny that the ones I stuffed up were straight out of the EDC. But I've learnt from them so it's a good thing. Like as easy as mash potato is, it really helps if you turn the temperature on lol. Nailed it today
Thanks everyone. It arrived safe n sound and I have been cooking ever since. Had a few stuff ups (on my behalf) and a few big successes food wise. We are in the middle of uplifting to Canberra so haven't had a proper relaxed day of cooking. Can't wait til we are settled in our new location and I can really start cooking.
Hi everyone, long time stalker first time poster. I am so excited because tomorrow my thermomix arrives! I am a little scared because I don't want to stuff it (and I deep down want to make something that will blow my hubbys mind lol).
