Think I'll start off with the basics. Stock, Risotto, custard etc but I really want to try a yummy beef strog recipe I've seen on the forum recently. Any other recipes that are good ones to start off with?

Hi everyone!
Just introducing myself. I finally stopped procrastinating and went ahead and ordered my TM! ![]() Can NOT wait for it to arrive and to get experimenting. I'm off to peruse the forum and make a list of what I want to start with. Yay
