I'm Reading a Dutch thriller, so that's of no interest for you, but I recently read "Stoner" by John Williams, and found that really worthwhile. Besides these books, I read a lot of cooking books.   😊😊

I love the looks and description of this salad! Seems really lovely, but I can't buy the book here in Holland. Is it possible to post the recipe? Would be very appreciated!

Hi Jackery,
I treid it out yesterday. I used semi skimmed milk ( not fresh milk but the one you van keep for months) and skimmed yoghurt. I got a very rich, creamy yoghurt with a mild taste. Love it!

Hi, I'm Yvonne and I live in Holland. The TMX is not yet Well known here, so I was searching internet for recipes and tips, that's how I found your forum. I'm sure that's I'm going to have a lot of fun here, very inspiring!
