Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Using Thermomix off the grid/solar power

I'm thinking about buying a Thermomix but at the same time am just about to move off grid into a wind and solar powered cabin (gas for cooking on a stovetop, no oven though). Just wondering if anyone has any information or advice about using a Thermomix off grid and what the energy consumption is like? Thanks!
