Making my second one today, sadly I left the other to cool in the kitchen yesterday and my very naughty Labradoodle Millie,  decided to sample it, she could only reach one side but ate that. I had also misread the recipe and thought the topping went on after cooking, so maybe this  time will get it right. Just a newbie Thermomix owner so making lots of mistakes!!
