Can either of these be used to clean interior walls? Have some stubbon marks but don't want to leave rub marks on paint.

Need to cook gluten free (as I have a daughter with coeliac disease). We mostly eat veg, chicken and beef. We usually do some sort of meat with fresh salads. We also like risottos and soups. We don't eat a lot of rice or pasta. It would be great to make some tasty meats that I can throw on a plate with salads for easy week night meals. After two disasters I really lack confidence now.

I'm a newbie to the Thermomix world. 'Nigella' (our name for Thermo) arrived on Friday evening - so far have made butter, hummus, banana/mango/macadamia sorbet (x2), and stir fry veg - all very delish. Also apricot chicken and orange marinated chicken (recipes from web) but they were disastrous! I'm wondering what others think of main meals in the therm? Beginning to think it will be used mainly for dips, soups and sorbet...
