Cookie1 that would be great. My conversions are a bit rustic (chuck it in and see what happens!)

I would like a puff pastry Bootobethin.

I have googled a thermie recipe for rough puff and was going to try the ingredients for the filling following the edc creme patissier method. However any advice from experienced recipe converters would be much appreciated.

I can't remember whether the edc creme patissier sets thick enough for vanilla slice.

Yum yum yum

And with the 75g maple syrup it was just sweet enough for me. I also added some orange zest and a vanilla pod.

I would like to make vanilla slice but can't use store bought pastry. I have found a non-thermie recipe I like the look of but was hoping someone knows of a converted recipe I can use.

This sounds like just what I need on a cold day. I am going to try it with maple syrup and only 75grams as I don't like things too sweet. Fingers crossed  ;)
