I made this one tonight and our family loved the flavours. The chicken was really dry though..... This was only my second dish I had cooked in the TM and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what I can do to make stays tender. I also had the TM on 
as the recipe said and it seemed to shred. 550gms of chicken was cooked in the marinade on 100 for 12 mins. If the chicken was tender I'd give this a 5/5. I'd love to try it again and get it right
