I think one of the problems with the delivery delay and the higher cost of machines is the delivery method.  I've just recycled my tm31 box and noticed it had been posted to my delivery consultant.    Using Australia Post, especially fro WA is expensive and slow.

Scale accuracy and a better lid lock mechanism.  My lid shifts during operation, so if I stop, add something via the hole, I have to remember to tweak the lid.  It's almost second nature now but did have me wondering what I was doing wrong at the start

When payment is processed

Obviouslys payments are not being processed at the moment so the consultants can go back and ask if you want to pay extra and upgrade

Due diligence?  Ok maybe my time frame was overly long, but as someone who has purchased in the last two months, and asked the question about a new model, only to be told a flat out no, I have rather mixed feelings at present.

As for looking at the numbers on second hand sites?  It's not my practise to buy second hand electrical but as I'm curious, there are none on Gumtree in my state

Be nice if  customers who purchased in the last 6-12 months are given an upgrade pathway.  As a recent purchaser I would have liked to make an informed model choice.   I may have waited, I may not.  It's all about building a good faith relationship, how many purchasers are going to sound off at consultants?
