Thanks everyone. I have been borrowing my friends 3rd machine (she is a consultant) for past 3 weeks... Hubby has finally been convinced that I NEED one, and it's on order. I am just freaking out that I have now committed to the big investment and worried I won't be able to produce the goods. My food has come out a bit bland, just hoping as I learn to use it more, my food knowledge will improve and so will the flavour
