HI All,

As of Dec 22nd, I am still waiting for the Indian Cookbook as well. :-[
I have phoned Perth Head Office, and they are STILL out of stock ( dammit, I was hoping to have it as a Chrissy Present)...

Probably for the best, as I am 8.5 months pregnant, and cannot tolerate spicy foods...... ;D

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I have tried numerous times to make the hollandaise sauce in the EDC, and it always comes out runny, and very watery.
I am dying to make Eggs Benedict, but the sauce ruins it. :(

Can anyone help please?

Can anyone help me??

I have tried making the Hollandaise in the TM Book ( I am in Australia), and it always results in a very runny, and watery sauce.
Does anyone else have problems with this??

I am currently staying with my mother in law while our house is being built..
I cooked this meal, along with the garlic rice......

IT WAS DELICIOUS!! :-*

DH, and MIL, and 10 yr old son, were groaning with delight, it has been added into my TM recipe book!!

Looking forward to trying more recipes, and hopefully adding some of my own in the near future! ;D
