Well i have allways been a SAHM, and I have loved it. There is allways some thing diffrent to do.
My kids left home and I missed them so much I took on Fostering children. So now we have 4 little indigenous under four.
who we have had for 2 yrs last Dec.

We were told the other week that they could stay with us until they are 18.( Long Term Care)
So that means i will be umm  bloody old....57 now. So this is the reason we bought Therm so the children could eat healthy.
As they did not have a great start in life

Gee they keep you young, but they love all the sorbets and home cooking, We are alos on a small farm with cows, and we grow grain

Then i had to go out for a while...then they said can we have custard for lunch. So it looks like we have a winner on custard... But hubby bought a large box of Tomatoes and i mean a large box, any suggestions whayy I can make with these using Tilly

Well I ordered my Tilly, They say it will be next week sometime.

Thanks Cathy for chatting to me about the TMX :P , I think you would make a good consultant :D
Even thou I went to a class, it was you who convinced me, We need a TMX.
To be able to feed the four foster children healthy food.Because they are all still babies I am sure Tilly will help me to provide some good
nutritional meals starting from scratch.

PS Can drop some wheat of to ya anytime Cathy

Thanks everyone for your replies, What I am looking at is this . Can someone tell me would it be great for children's meals as we foster children. The children are quite young , oldest 3 1/2. youngest 8mths we have 4 children. So I am hoping that the machine will help with good nutrition for them.

Hi Just thought I would like to HI, :)
I have been reading all about the Thermomix. Sounds interesting
I have booked to go to a class in October.
Everyone seems so positive about the machine, Yes it is a lot of money. :-))
being on a farm I do a lot of my own cooking.
But I am looking at the healthy alternative.
AS I will read more about it through this forum.maybe I may look into buying one.
