Hi,
Sadly around 2 or so years ago - I had to sell my machine due to finacial trouble.... well I am thrilled to say.... I'M BAAAAAACK! So excited. I pick the new machine up in a week and simply can't wait. I have missed my old one soooooo much... Can't wait to get back into it again. Thrilled that I can finally purchase one again. Cheers. 3

Thank you for the lovely comments.
The machine has been sold - to two of the nicest people I have met in a long time I will eventually get back into it... just not at the moment. I know my machine will be very well looked after and have a future doing what it is meant to be doing instead of just sitting on the bench looking pretty. All the very best and thank you for the kind replies. Sharon 5

Thanks very much for that.
I know that some recipies will need a little squeaking to make them right... Cheers. 6

I am not sure what I did.... Might leave it a week or two as you suggest and then give it another go. Cheers. Shannon. 7
Chit Chat / Help.. Gluggy Risotto« on: October 21, 2009, 08:02:39 am »
Okay... I have had my thermomix for 4 days.... and have cooked about 30 things... LOL.
Most 100% successful and loving it however - the Risotto in the recipie book (Mushroom one) was like glue! I used the correct rice etc... Any tips on non gluggy risotto? Loving my machine... and have Bolognaise cooking as we speak! 8
