Thanks for all the welcoming messages 
- what a friendly bunch! I've already printed off some recipes & hints & as I work F/T I can't wait for the weekend (starting tonight as DH is going out - YAY - did I say that?) to get stuck in. Going to Tassie on Tuesday - shame I can't take Arnie with me (Arnie is my TM, not my DH!). I look forward to meeting some of the Perthites at the Freo class on 17 November.

. Now every day at work I have people saying "did you make that in your new machine?". (No, this is a ham sandwich!) So far I've learnt to process for a bit less time than instructed in the recipes - as I have already once announced that the salad we were having was now going to be soup - "I changed my mind" was the excuse! My TM is called "Arnie" after the "Terminator" Mr Schwarzenegger - seems appropriate for a German machine (yes I know he's Austrian, but he speaks German). Anyway I'm looking forward to sharing expertise (aka picking your brains) and hope to contribute often once I become more competent
