I would like to make tabbouleh starting from scratch and cracking the wheat in the Thermomix.  Has anyone done this?  I have been hunting for a tabbouleh recipe and so far have been unsuccessful.

I saw Thermomix demonstrated at my retirement village on Monday, and was so stunned by its performance that my order has been placed!  Now I just have to wait until next week......if I can!  I am already planning the things I want to try.
My husband and I are both keen to eat more healthy food, especially after some problems in the last few years, and this looks like the perfect answer for us.
On a personal level, we are both retired teachers.  I have always adored cooking, and entertaining, and this machine is going to make life so much easier as we get a bit older and slower.  No excuses not to continue to have guests!
I look forward to learning heaps from this forum, and even contributing a few ideas from time to time.
