Hi

I purchased a thermomix a few months ago and to date my use has been quite limited.  I really wanted make the most of this appliance. 

I have two children who have eczema (they react to salyciates (sp?)) I am looking for thermomix beef casseroles that don't have tomatoes/other salyciates or too spicy for young children.  I really want to get away from all those "bad numbers" in foods
