Condiments and Sauces / Mustard Sauce

2 eggs
1 TBSP SUGAR
3 TBSP PREPARED MUSTARD
1 TBSP WATER
2 TBSP VINEGAR
1 TBSP SOFT BUTTER
1 TBSP HORSERADISH
½ TEASP SALT
½ CUP CREAM (I USE YOGHURT
Insert Butterfly and all ingredients except cream into TM bowl.
Cook for 5 minutes at 80°C on speed 3.
When cool add whipped cream or yoghurt.
One of my favourite recipes, great served with corned beef or ham. Origin unknown but found recipe on the internet.
