I have just made ganache for my Torta Caprese and rather than looking creamy, looks cuddled. Any suggestions? I used Lindt 70% dark chocolate and cream. Thanks

I am a new TM user and am wondering about making sorbet. In the EDC says to turn to speed 10 slowly. On a sorbet making video the demonstrator turns the dial straight to full speed. Would this cause damage to the TM? Thanks

I'm a very new TM owner and loving it - I'm actually looking for excuses to cook for the first time in my life! Can someone tell me how I request help with a recipe. I am needing to make tahini to make hommus. Also when a reply is posted - do I get notified? Thank you.
