hi girls :0),
thanks so much for your nice *welcome* ~ from other forums i know that its not always a nice one :0).

i think i made up my mind. of course i want the tm31.

can i ask you girls something? if there are consultans here, do they sell the thermomix here? just a question. i know from germany that you only were allowed to sell them on a show in the homes of people.

if anybody knows, please let me know.

now that i am reading here i am TOTALLY in the thermomix fever, AGAIN *lol*.

i will try to find my cookbooks from my tm21, they are packed up with my tm21. in germany we totally cook different and i always love new ideas from other countries.

have a good day ~ now i am thinking about the german chocolate pudding from the thermomix and i cant make one :(.

hi everyone!
thanks so much for your ideas and your help!

you know it might sound strange but i am really curious about the tm31. what is the difference between them both (21 and 31)? which one is better to handle and work with? can you tell me a little bit more about that?

i know... i should be thankful i have the 21 (even i cant use it right now). but somehow i just want to figure out the new one.

hope to read back from you. have a good evening, isabelle

thanks so much! that helps me a lot ~ i grew up with grams and kilos and with celcius.

are you ok with the grams and celcius or is it hard for you?

i called vorwerk usa today and they dont expect the thermomix sales until 2011 at least the lady told me.

i also called canada. the one company wants 1480 dollars and the other one 1550 dollars. both prices includes shipping.

thanks for the info! isabelle

hello,
i have a few questions. als i already posted i am new here and i do have a german thermomix tm21 (with the german power cable that does not work here).

i am thinking of buying me a thermomix tm31 here in the us. can somebody tell me, if the scale shows you weights in grams or in pounds and oz? i am only used to the tm21 and on the picture the new one looks really a lot different than the tm21.

how is is possible, that the prices for the tm31 depend on the seller? is there anybody here that is an american consultant? what is a good price for the tm31?

thanks so much for your help. i really, really want a thermomix that will work here. wow, its been so long that i used mine in  germany that i hope i still know how *lol*.

hello everybody,
i want to say hi and i want to introduce myself.

i am isabelle, 36 years old. i was born in germany and lived there for 33 years. since dec. 2006 i am in colorado, usa.

in germany i want to a thermomix show at my friends house, i did not want to go! but she said i should do her a favour and please come. well, thats what i did :). i am a big kitchen/cooking/baking girl, i just love to do all that. needless to say that after i saw this thermomix it blew me away ~ INSTATNLY! (i had the vorwerk vacuum already so i knew vorwerk is perfect for me).

i went home and told my husband: I WANT THIS THING AND I WANT IT TOMORROW *lol*. after i told him the price he asked me, if i am out of my mind. MEN!!!

i was a stay at home mommy at the time, my little boy was just 3 month old (in germany you can stay at home for 3 years with your babies and my job was saved for me after that). i called the thermomix lady and told her, i want this tm21 no matter what but i have a problem with the price (well i didnt, my hubby did!).

WELL, hihi, she told me about the program in germany and asked me: would you be interested in maby getting one for free? she did not have to tell me this twice. i wanted to know how, what and when.

i had 90 days to sell 10 thermomixes, if i did that, mine was free. the people who know me know, if i want something, i will do everything in my power to reach my goals. my husband almost fell of his chair after i told him this and all he said was: you will not sell one single thermomix in these 90 days because nobody will pay this kind of money for a kitchen machine! this even gave me a kick more and i sign up for my 90 day program.

so, what do you think? in 77 days i sold my thermomix number 10! i was proud but it was so much fun for me! it was not hard at all to show people what a great thing the tm21 is.

and guess who loved my food i cooked with the tm21? of course.... my husband (now exhusband).

i used it every day and i loved it.

in december 2006 after my divorce i packed my suitcases, my kids and cats and my 8 suitcases and left to colorado (how crazy if i think about it now. i have dual citizenship because my das is american).

since that time i cant use my thermomix anymore. the problem with the power is really a problem. i called vorwerk and they told me i cant use my german thermomix here in the us. i miss it soooo bad!

now i am thinking what i can do. does anybody have an idea? what is the price here for a tm31 and how can i buy one?

sorry for writing a book, i just wanted to let you know who i am and what a passion i have for vorwerk!

have a good day, i am so glad i found you. i was searching the internet for the tm31, thats how i found this site.
