The Corned Beef Recipe in the Healthy Eating with Cyndi O'meara cookbook. It's a good one or you can marinate your meat using any favourite brine recipe and then steam it in the steamer basket that sits inside the TM bowl for 60+ minutes. Ask your consultant about the book or you can generally pick up books from the back to basics classes when they restart (if you live in an area where they have the classes) :)
