Introduce Yourself / Hello There..

Hi everyone,
I have had my Thermie for a month now, I amstill experimenting with it..The first thing i wizzed up was the Vegie Stock, and have been using it in quite alot of different dishes..I have a large box of Limes, can anyone give me some ideas on what I could do with them??Would it be best to peel them all, then wizz them up and then strain the juice??Not really sure what to do with them, there would have to be about 100 of them..Looking forward to sharing some recipes in the future,,
