Ah, of course. I'm in Hong Kong. It's crazy hot at the moment.

...and mint salad.
5 decent sized florets of cauliflower, an unpeeled granny smith cut into quarters and cored, a fistful of fresh mint, the juice of one or two lemons depending on your taste, a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, whizzed on 4 or 5 (can't remember, sorry) for 3 seconds and voila. I think it's very tasty. According to my children it's edible. Which is a win, in my book. 4

Mainly sweet stuff Judy. I should make the leap to savoury more often!

I am a shameless lurker and NEVER post. I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say I just made this sauce and it is delicious. So thanks. I had bits and pieces of cheese leftover so it was a mixture of cheddar, and several types of parmesan. Will definitely use the freezing tip, too.

Bread / Re: Knead function not working?« on: March 21, 2012, 12:11:17 am »
Thanks all. It's multicultural day at my kids' school and I'm making damper. Hopefully the kids will appreciate it and I can feast on the delicious piles of falafel and samosa and turkish delight.

Bread / Knead function not working?« on: March 20, 2012, 11:36:36 pm »
Hi there, I've never used my tmx to knead before, and now I can't seem to get it to work. The lid is locked in place, it will mix, but not knead.
What are the steps I need to go through? Do I set the time, then press the button and then turn the speed dial? Or do I press first and then set the timer and then turn the dial? Thanks!
