Sounds interesting Ollievoliie. The idea of 'steamed' roast/bbq etc is a new one for me.. Shall have to see if I am brave enough once my TM arrives.

Thanks all, Aussie Brenda, I see the TM as a great opportunity to improve our h=eating - fresher, healthier, no additives.. My TM has arrived but due to busy, busy times it won't be delivered until Weds evening.. I shall be patient.. and perhaps hit up the wholegrain store for wheat etc on Weds :P

Wher do  start....... The demo was great, simplicity of use, the time factor, eating healthier, and saving money the list goes on. A friend bought one on the day and my cousin came said she would never have one is having a demo on the 12th so think she is sold. :D

Sounds like most of us then!!

I'm so keen I've even been shopping for supplies today - want to make sure I have everything I need when my thermie arrives:

I love this.. I bought something new, hence I need to buy 5 more new things to go with it...  :D  That is so something I would do!

My name is Meagan and I am a little bit excited.. we ordered our Thermomix on the weekend :)

I first saw the TM in March (had a demo when hubby was away, just to see it - had no intention of buying one ever). Saw it, loved it, wanted it. Him not convinced. Put it on the backburner for a while. In the meantime life has gotten busier, meals are rushed and not as healthy as they could be, he is doing a lot more cooking as I am often home late.

Fast forward to November and a (handy) 12 mths interest free option in Aus..

I arranged another demo so he could see it.. And watched his body language move from bored/disinterested to mildy curious, to really intrigued (he got a torch to watch through the measure).. Then as he served up a second helping of risotto he asked, "How much is it a week?" and then "Yeah? Do it!"  ;D

Today I received a call to say that the paperwork has been processed. So our TM will be arriving soon!!  I think it may be a few weeks yet as the finance co has to pay TM before they send it, but I'm still v excited!!
