Had a glut of peas in the garden, some of them had gone a bit hard, so made the Thermomix Pea and Mint Soup Recipe (didn't have any mint though, but might add it later or leave it out altogether ... either way, it's fab and was soooo easy!!!  Thanks everyoen for encouraging me to get my TMX out of the cupboard!!  ;D

OK, step 1 is done .... I can see why I never got it out of the cupboard now, it was buried !!  ;D.   So thank you both for that sound advice.

My TMX now has its own place on the kitchen counter.  Now to find something to cook in it .... I have a lot of beetroot ready for picking in the garden, bought a jar of Beetroot and Horseradish Chutney from a local shop a while ago, does anyone have a recipe for something like this?

Introduce Yourself / Introduction .... and maybe a confession!!

Hi everyone ... I'm Jackie and I'm in Kent in the UK.   I thought I'd join this forum to encourage me to get my TM out of the cupboard.   My late hubby bought it for me for Christmas 05 and I've used it a few times but it seems to languish in my cupboard doing nothing ... so I wondered if joining this forum might give me some ideas on what to use it for.   It always just seems so much easier to use conventional cooking methods than it is to get the TM out, use it, clean it and put it away again.   :D

Any help and ideas on the best way of using my TM would be appreciated.   :-\

Hope to hear from someone.

Jackie
