Good morning, have a great day Judy, I'm off to help my 16year old  GS paint out his bungalow.  We did a full day yesterday in the heat, I'm a bit achy today, getting old......

To use up,your half cooked rice why not mix up some custard of eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla mix in the rice and bake, sorry I'm not big on quantities or following recipes.  Definitely speed 4 will help, I have never just put the rice in the bowl?

Good morning everyone.

I have a 31 and always cook my rice in the Tmx , I love it ,I don't measure anything, do as Thermilover says , perfect.  I do give the rice a quick rinse under the tap so it is wet.   Good luck , try again it is worth it.

Are you thinking along the lines of a cooking demonstration going on all the time and then selling the products made?

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Re: Confit of Garlic
« on: November 17, 2015, 08:06:48 am »
I made Confit of Garlic last week, loving it, I covered the garlic with the cooked oil, I have been using heaps of it and the oil I've cooked potatoes with it all week. I cook the potatoes , sliced or halved in  the microwave, just put a little garlic oil over and cook in the airfryer or on the BB Q , delicious.  I sterilize my jars and bottles in the microwave.  I was so lucky at our fruit and Veg store I bought a kilo of peeled garlic for $4.99.
