Cookie,
I don't have a consultant. Mine moved interstate the day after she delivered mine. I will ring the 1800 number from the website tomorrow.
Thanks again, you've made me feel better

Thanks for your quick reply Cookie.
It isn't burnt too badly, I can't see any wires exposed, it looks like the casing is just burnt however I'm not entirely sure. How do I go about getting it repaired?

Help!
The cord of my TM got burnt a bit from being too close to the hotplate by the stove top. Can it be repaired?? How do I find out??I'm scared to use it.

Dear Chookwoman & others,
Please tell me, what do you do between the two risings? i.e., you let it rise once, then what do you do next? Do you knead it a bit more or punch it (as I've seen bakers do) and then let it rise again? Do you knead it again before putting it into the oven?
I think this is a crucial part of the process but I'm not sure what to do.
Many thanks Fee

Hello,
I am a new TM owner and I am wondering about recipes for weight loss. I am surprised that there isn't a specific cook book yet Does anyone have any suggestions or links?
Thanks
Fee
P.S. Sorry if this isn't the right place to post. I'm a bit confused about this forum

There doesn't seem to be any reviews yet of the potato and leek soup from the EDC?? It is the best soup I have ever made!

Dear Judy,
Do you you plain white flour with the oat bran added to it, rather than bakers flour? I was wondering about that because baker's flour is quite expensive.
Thanks Fi

We found this quite dry, 500g of pasta was way too much. Next time I will increase the sauce and halve the pasta.

Thanks so much for the suggestions everyone - I didn't realise there had been any replies? (must figure out how the forum works!).
Have had Thermie 2 weeks now, the family is loving spaghetti bol, risottos and sorbet, and I am addicted to my daily breakfast smoothies! A naturopath friend suggested I hide some spinach leaves in a fruit smoothie and the kids would never know - she was right, especially if you include blueberries!

Hello
I am having my Thermomix delivered next week. I need some easy, foolproof family dinners to get started with. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
