Hello,
I am new to this but I have found that if I put the remaining sorbet into icy pole moulds they freeze really well and are relatively easy to remove and eat - saves me wasting it all and saves money buying icy poles for the grandchildren too  ;)

Hi Susan, I have also made things I never dreamed of before.. last night I even made my own sausage mince for sausage rolls to bring to work and they are a huge success! Like making things and knowing exactly what is in them.  We have raspberries too, and they make wicked sorbet!

thank you all for your welcomes :)

I am in the north of the state, near Launceston and will be going to the cooking class next Monday so hopefully will meet some fellow Thermomaniacs there.  DH is scared he will do something wrong and is quite happy to just sit back and dine on whatever delights George & I whip up for him  ;D

Hello, just wanted to say hi to everyone.  I have had my Thermomix since New Year's Eve and am loving it but can't wait to learn how to do more.  I have named him George (after Thermoman who used to be on tv) and I do believe my hubby is a little jealous :)
