You all get the general idea now - adapted from Full Steam Ahead, a la baf65  ;D

This recipe was originally for turkey rolls - use whatever tickles your fancy.

Sauce ingredients:

100g EVOO
200g onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
50g vinegar
100g water
50g mustard (as it's a translation of a German book, I'm assuming this would mean a mild, sweet mustard)
300g ketchup
30g sugar
1 can coca cola classic (330g)  (this ingredient rules out this sauce for me, but I'm including the recipes for others  :) )

Instructions:

Place all sauce ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec gradually increasing speed from 5 to 10.

Place Varoma in position.  Cook 40 min / Varoma / 1

PS.  Reading one of the comments below I realised that a la Baf65 isn't the clearest of all instructions for anyone who's new!!  So to clarify - cook your chicken/other meat/ fish / whatever in the varoma and your veg in the varoma tray above, all cooking at the same time as the sauce.
