Hi, all, we can only get baker's flour in 5 kilo lots and currently don't have the size of container to keep the flour in without getting weavels.  I'm going to a friend's place on Saturday and want to make the pizza bianca and have bought some Lowan bread mix.

My question is - do I just chuck the ingredients in altogether and knead it for 4 minutes as suggested in another post?
