Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / stains on the bottom of the thermomix bowl

I made some meat sauce today and it burnt to the bottom of my tm bowl.  it has cleaned up ok but there is a marks on the bottom of the bowl. is this normal for the bottom to not be shiny and new looking once you have used your bowl a bit.
