Introduce Yourself / Hello from Singapore

Hi all,
I have been visiting this forum and using my imagery Bimby (in my head, LOL) for a while before taking the plunge and requested a demo. I know before my demo that I will buy my Bimby, but it doesn't hurt that my consultant is really nice and I connected with her straight away.
I have always loved cooking and spent most of my time in the kitchen before baby. However, as a new mum with a young baby who I carry around (attachment parenting if you have heard of it...) all the time, I found it challenging and sometime dangerous to cook the way I used to do...and all the sudden my prayer was answered, I found Bimby while surfing the net. I couldn't be more happy with it! I only wish I had heard about it before my Kenwood mixer, Vita Mix, ice cream maker and food processor Bimby is not well known here in Singapore but I think it will be famous soon (amongst my friends, at least...hahaaha)
Anyway, just want to say hi and I will try to find time to post some Asian recipes.
Cheers!
