Hi I just purchased my thermomix about a month ago.  At first I thought I made the wrong decision as everything I made didn't turn out right but now after getting used to it and changing some methods in the recipes (eg cooking times for soups seem to take longer than in recipe) I love it.  My soup never gets stuck or burnt to the bottom of the bowl like it did in my saucepan and I think it is great not having to stir - can do heaps of things and not worry about it.   

I am always making bread rolls and pizza bases are so easy now. I just made lemonade today and my 6 year old boy likes it which is great.   I am using it everyday now.  I am glad I found this forum to view recipes and see what everyone thinks of them before I try them.

I still have lots of learning to do but am enjoying it.
