Ingredients:
- 2 carrots (peeled and chopped into quarters)
- 1 onion (peeled and chopped into quarters)
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and roughly chopped)
- 1 red chili (deseeded)
- tbsp of tomato puree
- water
- 120g of cream or 100g of milk (I used milk)
- 1 vegtable stock cube
Preparation:
- Place the garlic in the TM, blend at speed 10 for 4 seconds and scrap down the sides of the bowl afterwards.
- Place the remaining ingredients except for the cream and water in the bowl and chop at speed 4 for 10 seconds.
- Fill the bowl to the one liter mark with water.
- Cook for 15 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2.
- Once cooked, add the cream and blend for 1 minute at speed 9
- Add salt and pepper to taste
